Interview:
1. Band Name?

Lunatic High

2. Why so called?

It is taken from the game Final Fantasy VII. Our guitarist Dan loves the game. If you want to know where the name is taken from in the game, you'll have to go play it and find out :P

3. Where From?

We are from around the southend area of essex, although our vocalist, Brandon, is originaly from Cincinnati, Ohio.

4. Line Up?

Brandon - Vocals
Ben - Guitar
Dan - Guitar/ Vocals
Mark - Bass/ Vocals
?? - Drums (drummer has recently left, should be announcing new one soon)

5. Average Age?

18 - 20

6. How long have you been together?

the band first started about 5 years ago, but the current line up has been together for about 2 years

7. You are influenced by, or would appeal to fans of….?

Coheed and Cambria
The Used
Thrice
New Found Glory

8. Your fans are mostly…

at the moment 14 - 16 year old girls

9. Any recordings?

we have 5 tracks up on our myspace page
we also have a 6 track EP available to buy for only £5

10. What makes you different?

we try our best to have strong vocal harmonies, live as well on recordings. And unlike most uk bands that have the american vocalist sound, ours is actually amercian

11. A song you wish you’d written?

Welcome Home - Coheed And Cambria

12. Which of your songs is most likely to be a hit?

'Autumns Fall' or 'The Assassin'
they have been our most popular songs so far

13. Career highlight?

Supporting Son Of Dork at The Shepherds Bush Empire in March of 2007. It was the biggest crowd we have played to so far (2000). Its such a good feeling to have that many people watching you do what you love and enjoying your music.

14.Any good gig stories?

erm we once ended up in maldon when trying to get to a gig in harlow, which if you live in essex you will know they are in completely different dirrections
not sure if that counts as a good gig story, but hey its a story...

15. So the moral of this story is....

When mark thinks he knows where he is going, he is most probably wrong

16. Gigs coming up?

21 Jul 2007 Hoffstock, Welling, Kent
3 Aug 2007 The Mill - Battle Of The Bands Heat, Rayleigh, Essex
4 Aug 2007 EastFest, Lowestoft
10 Aug 2007 Railway Hotel - Acoustic Set, Southend, Essex
