Biog
| Few bands can claim to have supported Soulfly, Jackson United (Foo Fighters side-project), and played stages graced by the likes of AC/DC and Motorhead in their home town all within the first year of existence, but that's exactly what Federal Black 40 have done. A home-town buzz was inevitable (and massively appreciated!!); but with their infectious brand of balls-out rock, FB40 have quickly gathered a large fan base reaching out to parts of the world they have not ventured to yet. Complacency would be easy for any band after such a kick-ass year but FB40 are looking to push the band, themselves and the music as far as they can... and then just a little further... Check out the new 5-track CD and decide for yourself if you want to come along for the ride ; ) The live shows are what fuels the band - energy and raw passion always shine through when a band truly loves what they are doing. Lead Singer Dan Hunsdon: "No matter what size the venue, we play our hearts out. We want you to walk away with a big fat grin on your face!" Guitarist Kev Baker adds "If people make the effort to turn up at our gigs then we're gonna give them what they came for - see you down the front!" |
